Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over $79
• $7.99 shipping fee for orders under $79

Order Processing & Cut-off Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (PT), Monday–Friday.
  
• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Courier Service

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked courier service.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the stock is replenished.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@swanswaywear.com.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact support@swanswaywear.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping Notice

Shipping times are estimates and delays may occur. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated. Any applicable duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and will be charged according to local laws.
