I woukd suggest sizing up x2. I bought a medium and large as I am between sizes, and these were very tight and didnt look or feel loose at all.

For reference, I'm 163cm tall with a 117cm bust, and this dress fits me perfectly overall. The length is also fantastic, and I love its relaxed fitit's easy to put on and take off, and it looks very elegant.
It's cute, it's comfy, and looks very nice! Fabric is soft, not see-through but not heavy either. It's flowy, and flatters my Yoda-shaped body! I love that the straps are adjustable, and it fits well around the armpits. Neckline is modest enough I could wear it to work, and skirt hits me just above the knees which is perfect! I'm really happy with this purchase. The quality is much higher than expected, and it fits perfectly. The connected body suit is actually a full piece, not just a pair of shorts sewn onto a skirt. The adjustable straps are helpful, and I enjoy the large pockets. It's not too short that I feel immodest, but not too long that it's hot in the summer weather. The fabric is thick enough that my underwear lines don't show or protrude. Great color and super comfy. It's hard to find one pieces that fit my plus-sized and long torso. I'm definitely buying more!
